PN Council OKs small business grants (Port Arthur News) The Port Neches City Council passed a resolution authorizing the Port Neches Economic Development Corporation to provide funding to the Port Neches Chamber of Commerce for the Small Business Grant Program at Thursday?s regular meeting.
